Sakura Night Festival – Cherry Blossom

Although there are many inconveniences to travel at this time due to the Coronavirus, some events continue to take place. There has been a change in the “Cherry Blossom Night Festival” at Kinugawa Onsen, but if you are planning a trip near the area, be sure to stop by!

The new date will be from April 3 (Friday) to April 7 (Tuesday), from 18:30 to 21.
Sakura trees will be illuminated at night as in previous years, but there will be no stage, performances, or Hanami Bento dinner. Still, you will still be able to enjoy the beautiful sakura under the Kinugawa night sky.

Slide on natural water sliders, swim in clear streams and jump into big natural pools as you make your way to the goal. Let’s get wild!

Canyoning is an activity in which we go down a valley with flow of river while enjoying nature. You can slide on natural water sliders that the power of water creates, slide and jump into big natural pools, swim, use techniques such as shower climbing, and taste a sense of thrill and unity with nature.

NAOC is the pioneer to introduce a canyoning tour to Tochigi prefecture! And we can enjoy this adventure twice a day, at 9am and 1pm.
The activity requires about 3 hours, and you can join it anyday from June to October.
There are different courses, even a special one for elementary school kids, and a super fun one for Families with kids 5 years old and up, which is held from mid-July to late August.

日光　西参道茶屋

オープンしたばかりの西参道茶屋へ！
４軒の特色のあるお茶屋さん、ここは世界遺産観光のくつろぎ処となるのは間違いない感じです。
場所は東照宮、輪王寺、二荒山神社「日光二社一寺」の西側にある西参道。

今回は道路から一番奥まった「茶寮　日りん」さんにお邪魔しました。
日光珈琲さんが満を持してオープンさせた日本茶のお店。
今回いただいのは「深蒸し茶」と甘味プレートの「光風霽月（こうふうせいげつ）」
「深蒸し茶」は日本茶を３つの味わいができる体験となっていて楽しみながらお茶をいただけます。

Festival Nocturno de Sakura – Flor de Cerezo

Si bien se presentan muchos inconvenientes para viajar en este momento debido al Coronavirus, todavía continuan realizándose algunos eventos. Ha habido un cambio en el “Festival Nocturno de Flor de Cerezo” en Kinugawa Onsen, pero que si estás planeando un viaje cerca de la zona, no dejes de pasar!

La nueva fecha será del 3 de abril (viernes) al 7 de abril (martes), en el horario de 18:30 a 21.
Los árboles de Sakura estarán iluminados por la noche como en años anteriores, pero no habrá escenario, ni actuaciones, ni cena de Hanami Bento. Aún así, todavía podrás disfrutar del hermosa sakura bajo el cielo nocturno de Kinugawa.

まずは全身雪に埋もれて体で自然を感じましょう！

三連休最終日は雪山へスノーシュー&エアボードを体験してきました。
この時期ならではの冬の遊びといえば雪遊びは外せませんね！

何と言ってもエアボードは雪の上を滑る感覚がたまらない！
スキーと違って少し練習すれば子どもでも楽しむことができるのがいいところですね。

一番盛り上がっていたのは雪合戦でした。
いい笑顔をいただきました。

昼食は雪上ランチ！
雪の上で食べるご飯の味はいつもより美味しかったかな？

今年は暖冬と言われていますが、雪はあるべきところにはあるのです。
食べ物と一緒でその時期の旬な遊びを楽しむ体験が子ども達には足りていないのかもしれません。

あおぞらきっずの新年度プログラムはただいま準備中です。
4月からもたくさんの冒険をキッズたちにお届けするべく準備中ですのでお楽しみに！

Hongos Maitake de Nikko

Gracias al entorno natural y las técnicas utilizadas en Nikko, estos hongos son excelentes, uno de los mejores hongos maitake criados en Japón.

Hay varias tiendas y restaurantes donde se los puede encontrar en Nikko, pero puedes comer deliciosos hongos maitake fritos en Steakhouse Mihashi, al lado del Hotel Kanaya y el Puente Shinkyo. Su sabor, aroma y textura son increíbles, debido al cultivo con uso de aire acondicionado sin pesticidas. No te lo pierdas!
